By subscribing to ARP VENTURES LLC, you agree to the following terms:
1. Service Overview
We provides pre-vetted, fluent English-speaking remote callers from Latin America to businesses for outbound sales, appointment setting, or other approved communication tasks. Each plan includes access to a dedicated caller, client support, call reporting, and custom onboarding.
2. Billing & Subscription
All plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.
3. No Refunds
All payments are final. We do not offer partial or full refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to early cancellations, lack of usage, or dissatisfaction with results. If a caller underperforms or becomes unavailable, we will replace them at no cost.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Canceling will forfeit access to your assigned caller and any grandfathered pricing.
5. Pausing & Account Holds
We do not offer pauses or account holds. Callers are scheduled and assigned to active clients only. If you cancel, we cannot guarantee the same caller or rate upon reactivation.
6. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, lead lists, and clear instructions. Failure to do so may affect performance. We are not liable for results impacted by missing or inaccurate client input.
7. Compliance
You agree that any lead list provided is compliant with applicable telemarketing, privacy, and data protection laws. We are not liable for violations resulting from non-compliant lead sources or client-requested scripts.
8. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
Any materials you provide for training or scripting remain your property. We do not share, sell, or reuse client-specific content.
9. Results Disclaimer
While we train every caller for performance, we do not guarantee a specific number of meetings, sales, or outcomes. Performance may vary based on your offer, lead quality, and market conditions.
10. Support
Each client is assigned a customer support rep to assist with onboarding, replacements, and performance monitoring. Support is provided during standard business hours in EST/EDT time zone unless otherwise agreed.
11. Modifications
ARP VENTURES LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
